The heavy metal (or commonly metal) is a sub-genus of the rock'n'roll. The heavy metal draws its inspiration, between 1969 and 1974 in groups of hard rock which, by combining blues and rock'n'roll, created an hybrid with heavy and thick sonorities, centered on the impulses of the battery and the guitar to the very amplified distortion.
